Explanation

The first appointment is the most important appointment in physiotherapy. Here the actual condition of the patient is determined and the goals of the treatment are defined. In addition to the physical examination, this also includes a discussion with the patient in order to understand and record their complaints and expectations.

At follow-up appointments, the findings are repeated to check the success of the therapy. The therapist adjusts the treatment accordingly.

At the end of treatment, the success of therapy is reviewed. If the goals have been achieved, the treatment is completed. Otherwise, the therapy goals are adjusted and the treatment is continued.

MTT stands for Medical Training Therapy. It is a targeted physical training under physiotherapeutic supervision for the purpose of rehabilitation after injuries or for the treatment of diseases.

MTT aims to build up and expand the musculoskeletal system and endurance in a targeted manner and to train them individually. For this purpose, flexibility, coordination and strength exercises are used and the cardiovascular system is trained for a maximum of 3 months of independent training, the costs of which are covered by insurance.
